Apr 15, 2021Mr. Simons, The control timer appears to work, and I can only hope it lasts longer than a few weeks, but time will tell. The service was acceptable; however the price of repair and the cost to ship was extremely excessive. Not to mention the cost of re-shipping the control at $60.00 for the second time under warranty. For the total expense of repair, I could have applied the funds towards half the cost of a new stove, but unfortunately the appliance manufactures have all changed the location of the control knobs towards the back of the stove, instead of the front. This creates a safety problem I’m not willing to accept. It’s the main reason I opted for your repair service, as the stove is about 27 years old. I would have enjoyed our business relationship better had your business been located in the U.S., for the elimination of the excessive shipping fees.
