| Feb 16, 2009 | Howard and the staff did a FANTASTIC job. They allowed me to bring in my old unit and within 5 minutes the circuit board was replaced and tested. I was shown how and where the fault occurred. This was an extremely economical and fast way of replacing my timer. I believe I received a superior product with a 1 year warranty for one quarter of the cost! I wish all repair operations worked like this. Thanks again!!! Rob Jakubowski |
