You can turn it back on so that the display reappears(sometimes); sometimes you have to hit it to get the display to reappear. If you are using it for a few hours, you will get an F3 code. You can then stop the oven and reset the oven time and temperature. The longer you use it, the more often the display will go blankRepaired
