Included in that correspondence was the following description of the trouble. The oven is a wall mount unit. It will shut off while cooking. It seems to shut of quickest if using the convection oven feature, but I can't verify that. When it shuts off, the display disappears. Once it sits for perhaps 20 minutes or a half hour - sometimes longer, the display will reappear and the oven can be reset to carry on. However, it may and often does, shut down again. I had the fellows from the company that we purchased from, who have a sterling reputation for service, have a look at it and they indicated that the fault was in the Timer Board. They checked for availability of replacement parts and found that the part was NLA. The oven is still in great shape and it seems an unnecessary move to replace it with a new oven. H Simonds instructed me to complete the Service Request and send it in. The following is excerpted from his message on 10tyh September 2015: It is either the timer board or the relay board.I suggest that you send both in with the ribbon and we will charge only for the board that we repair.The price is 149+shipping.Please complete the service request form before shipping.
