Lake In The Hills, Illinois79079369400F31F31 error code, which means either a bad temp probe (inside the oven) or a bad ERC. This code seems to point to a SHORT CIRCUIT in the temp probe sensor ckt. according to some websites. I replaced the oven temp probe with 2 different NEW replacements. (I also checked the probe resistance at room temp, and saw it change with heat - In spec.) When F31 ERR pops up, I was able to unplug the stove for 30 seconds or so, plug it back in, reset the time of day, and start the oven back up. It started to happen more often, so I replaced the temp probe. I had no error codes for about 2 weeks, then the same thing started to happen again. I tried a new probe again. F31 errors still. I could always clear it by unplugging, but continuing to do this may have been a bit harsh on the unit. The last time I plugged it in, the display LED segments started to flicker randomly, then all went dark. ERC is unresponsive to any touchpad presses now. Top burners work fine. Oven is natural gas, with an electric "boost" element when using it in Convection mode.Awaiting receipt of timer
