White Plains, Maryland	16-10-585	SHORTED OUT	This is a Thermador oven/microwave combo. Model number SM272S. I had a repair company replace the relay board for the oven. It wouldn't heat. At the time the technican replaced the relay board the microwave was working. After the replacement of the relay board the microwave wouldn't work. It was discovered theat there was a problem with the ground wire going to the unit. I had an electrician replace the wire from the electric panel to the oven/microwave. The relay board has some burnt places on it. NOTE; THE UNIT MODEL NUMBER IS SM272 HOWEVER THE MICROWAVE MODEL NUMBER IS 16-10-585. PLEASE CALL IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
