Whirlpool Electric Oven RBS245PDQ12 Timer Repair

i have a whirlpool RBS245PDQ12 The electricity when out 4 times last week for a couple hours at a time. Know my oven will not pre heat or get hot. When i turn the breaker off then back on again the screen comes on and reads PF showing the time of day.The broiler seems to work but the bottom element will get warm but will not get hot and glow. I don't know if the element is bad or if it is something else up in the control panel. Please Help

The power went out twice this week. After the first time it came up Loc, but I got that cleared up. After the second time, it showed E3-F1, cleared that off but the oven would not preheat or get hot. Turned the breaker off for about an hour, turned back on, same codes. When you turn the oven on it goes into preheat for about a minute, then goes back to the error codes. Any ideas? Model # RBS245PDQ12

Hello, I have a whirlpool rbs245pdq12 oven. I recently went to change the broiler element out. when I took the old one out, one of the wires slipped off and went down into the back area of the oven. Is there a way to take the oven apart to retrieve the wire, or maybe even fish the wire out? I need this fixed soon as thanksgiving is coming up. Thanks

built in oven tried 2bake ham this morning accidently hit clean oven mode. when realized this afew minutes later, I tried to take hams out before they burned but door was in locked mode. since I did not have my manuel handy, I flipped the breaker off so the oven would cool offand the door would unlock. This worked, but now when I try to turn the oven on to bake or broil, it wony come on. P.S. I did remember to flip the breaker back on first. thanks, XXXXX
