Arlington, TennesseeOven display went blank. Shut power for off for an hour or so. Powered it back on. It beeped then displayed E6 F2. Pressed a button and the oven started working again. We used it that night, but later in the evening it went blank again. Can not get it to come back on now.Awaiting receipt of timer
Pulaski, WisconsinTimer does not work at all. When pressing buttons on the keyboard a beep sound is made and the oven light can turn off and on. I tried replacing the thermal fuse that extends from the timer myself but that did not work. Please try to find the issue and fix it since getting a new timer is difficult. You can add the thermal fuse to the board as I had originally removed it myself. Initially the problem was intermittent as the oven would work even though the clock on the timer did not light up. Now there is no function at all.Awaiting receipt of timer

I have a oven that is approximately 3 years old. The control panel, where the clock lights up, went out last night and will not turn back on. When I press the various buttons they beep and I can turn the oven lights on. However, when I try to start the oven I get 3 beeps. I rest the outside breaker and no luck. Any ideas?
Just like a lot of people here, lots of problems with oven. Since 2004 I have replaced the control board 2 times. The problem comes back, have gotten error codes, now after tripping the breaker and letting it set without power for a period of time and then powering it back up, it comes on and appears to be working then it beeps and goes totally blank with a black panell. When I push the controll buttons I get beeps, but nothing on the display, just black. I was always told by repairmen that it was the control board. Appliance parts pros said in December Whirlpool was making a new design for this part and it would not be available until February. Just chatted with your company and now they say the control board has been discontinued. After reading some posts, I think it might not be the control board. It could be a transformer (cheapest route) or Control Panel. I need some suggestions, has the control board been discontinued????
Lit display is blank. If buttons are pushed beep sounds but nothing else happens. I have turned the power off at the breaker for as long as 8 hours hoping to "re set" but nothing changed.
Whirlpool over (RBD305PDS15) display not working. The oven is 5yrs old and recently the display started gradually fading...now there is nothing. The oven still works, inside light still works and the buttons still beep. I've read 2 possible solutions: (1) defective display...replace Control Panel Assy (part #8300435), (2) defective ECC...replace Conrol Assymbly (part #8302319). The manual also lists 2 other parts, Control Panel Gasket (part #4451034) and a Sister Board Latch (part #8301848). Any advice on which part is required?
Display was dead. Control board 8302319 had a loose resistor in area that seemed to have drawn some excess current. Repaired connections to ckt board and display retored. However, This appeared to be a symptom not the root cause. Upper and lower oven now work as does clock. Display has multiple ooven lines accross the face and difficult to view some of the digits. Display seems to be drawing higher than normal current. I assume the control board is bad and will have to be replaced. Does anyone repair these boards? Seems a shame to throw away the whole board when it appears to be a display sub-board problem.
My whirlpool double oven RBD305PDT14 stopped working. First, all that would display on the screen was the clock, and it was very dim. Then, it went all dark. The oven still cooked for a little while then stopped. I reset the circuit breaker, and the oven worked for a little while then stopped. Now, there is nothing on the display, but the overn lights still work. It beeps a few times if the start button is pushed. From what I've readh here, is it the control panel or control board perhaps?
My control panel on a whirlpool oven rbd305pds15 now shows E6 F2 codes and I am not sure what they mean??? How do I fix this?
Have 5-yr old double oven. Temperature goes way beyond setting; led display disappeared, but later came back on. Did manage to cool down ovens, but only after several hours. Some sort of thermometer issue?
I have a Whirlpool double electric oven : RBD305PDS15. One day, LCD display stops working, but touch pad "operational" but when selecting Bake->Start, receive 3-4 beeps and nothing. When cycling breaker, oven seems to perform "self test" by locking/unlocking the oven latch but still no display. I quickly press Bake-> Start and oven briefly begins heating, but shortly receive same 3-4beeps and then nothing. Can it be the main circuit board behind touch panel ?
I have a double oven RBD305PDS15. The oven beeped (not in use) then i found the control panel dead. after reasherching the failure i tried to order a control board and panel. everywhere I look the control boards are on backorder. I even tried an alternate part that I found on Sears appliance. Any advice?
The oven panel lights showing temp have apparently gone out...the lights have dimmed on the panel. Two questions: Is this something that can be taken care of by home repair? How do you remove the panel from a Whirlpool RBD305
I have a Whirlpool Double Oven Model rbd305pdb14. After 4 years used the self-cleaning option for the first time and the next day turned it on and fried a connection to a relay on the control assembly. Bought a new replacement,(NNN) NNN-NNNN and even replaced the connector and when plugged in nothing. Check the power in and it has what it needs. Check all the wires on top and cannot find any additional shorts. Any suggestions? Used this service and technician stated it was a bad NEW control board so I got another new one, still Nothing.
