North Vancouver, British Columbia	GE XL44 Gas Oven. Model - JGBP34GEP1WH. 24 Years old. Set oven to 350 deg. Oven usually heats up to 350 but sometimes does not get that hot. I swapped the broiler and bake igniters. Problem persists. I installed a new temperature sensor. Problem persists. Additional problems on heating: Once oven heats up to 350 oven shuts off, temperature drops significantly before oven fires back on. On occasions when oven heated up to 350 and then shut off I also tried re-setting temperature to 375. Oven did not fire up again until temperature dropped significantly.	Repaired

Aurora, Indiana	Oven baking temperature is always about 60 to 75 degrees F to cold. This is after having tried calibrating the display to heat up to 35 degrees hotter. It does help, but no where near needed. Unsure if the Control panel is the problem. Below are the various tests I've done on other components. Oven Sensor tests ok. At 1,065 Ohms of resistence Gas igniter (round variety) seems to be working ok, pulling 3.0 - 3.3 Amps when lighting, and glowing a nice bright orange, almost white colored. Gas safety valve seems to be ok, testing at 1 -2 Ohms of resistence. And lighting fairly quickly, withing 3-5 seconds of valve opening. The only other thing I can think of, is somehow setting the baking burner to flow more gas, burning hotter, but I don't know how. And even so, if the thermostat still reads the temperature too low, burning hotter probably wouldn't help, as it will just shut off sooner . Any help you could give would be much appreciated. After fiddling with it, the code went away, but the oven would no longer heat up to desired temperature. After removing the oven floor panel and the flame spreader I have access to the igniter. It is attached to a small bracket on the gas burner tube by 2 screws at approximately 7 o'clock and underneath the igniter body. Even with an offset screwdriver there is insufficient clearance to remove the screws. Am I overlooking something obvious or do I need a special tool? Any advice will be appreciated.

I have a GE gas rangeXL44 JGBP34GEP, Serial # XXXXX It has been moved to a camp and converted to LP gas. However, when plugged in it beeps with a message I believe is F4 ( I'm home so I'm not sure.) When it is plugged in briefly, the burners can be lit, the digital clock is correct, then it starts beeping. Getting a service tech to the area may be difficult as well as expensive. Can you give me a clue as to what is going on.
