Not able to use oven. Lock light is continually blinking and "door" displays when attempting to use oven. Amana model ART6510WW. Repair ?
I have a Ewave over-the-oven microwave, when the door is opened the internal light comes on and when you cook the magnetron works but the turn table stopped working, the internal light no longer comes on, the internal fan stopped working and the external oven lights stopped working although the oven fan still works. What could cause these stoppages?
fREEZER DOESN'T FREEZE, BUT REFRIDGERATER 50 DEGREES. wE CLEANED COILS , FANS ARE WORKING, i SET THE DEFROST clock SO IT WOULD DEFROST, BUT HEATER DID NOT TURN RED. cOULD A BAD HEATER CAUSE IT NOT TO FREEZE OR COOL?
Amana oven, Electric wont bake or broil I have an Amana oven, elective, smooth top. Model ART6510WW. Recently, it quit broil or baking. Clues are as follows: 1. time just blinks. When try to bake or broil, it beeps and clock goes out for a couple seconds, then back to blinking. (I do hear a relay click when it goes out) 2. Resistance on bake element is 22 Ohm, Broil element is 19 Ohm. 3. Checked the latch, also cannot go into clean. Does not appear to be trying to clean (as I suggested in a help online). 4. 240VAC across 2 legs of source. Top burners seem to work Ok. My suspicions point to the ERC-III unit, but it is costly. Want to verify before taking this plunge. Please give suggestions.
Amana electric oven model #ART6510WW/P1143469NWW Hello, The oven element burnt off (I have a new one) close to its right connection wire. The female connector on that wire burnt off also and the wire thus fell into the cavity hole between the cavity and the cabinet. I can't find it to pull it out. Can I take the cavity out to get to it or do I have to pull the entire oven out and take the back off? Thank you, Jim
