My oven and broiler quit working. when i turn it on i hear clicking like some thing can not start

I've had a Kenmore 790 Electric oven for about 9 months without problems. Two days ago the oven and broiler heating elements just stopped working. The range top elements work fine. Hope you can help.

I have a Kenmore Model No 790.95042503 range. It suddenly stopped heating the oven. Both elements went out. When you go to set the temperature you can hear it click on and off at the top console, but nothing happens with either elements. Is there some sort of fuse in the top part or something that went out that I can possibly fix myself being a woman?
